🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Retail Orders: Returns accepted within 7 days if items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. For damaged/defective items, email returns@shoppersuniverse.com with your order number and photos. Return shipping is covered by us if due to our error; otherwise, customer bears the cost.

Wholesale Orders: No returns for buyer's remorse. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days with unboxing video or photos. Replacement or store credit offered upon approval. Customized/clearance items are non-returnable.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Retail Customers: Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order (if not dispatched). Email support@shoppersuniverse.com with your order details. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible and must follow return policy (if applicable).

Wholesale Orders: Cancellation allowed within 12 hours of order confirmation. Post this window, cancellations may not be accepted or will incur partial deductions. Once production or shipping starts, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
